I'm really having trouble sleeping. Nothing bad on my mind, it's just like my body is conditioned to stay up way past a normal hour. Any suggestions other than sleeping pills?

Stop posting on addictive, time-consuming message boards.

Codeine or morphine. Morphine, I was fully knocked out for 14 hours straight. Codeine is also pretty potent stuff.

In all seriousness, I think mostly just trying to set your schedule so you're going to bed at the same time every night and attempting to go to sleep preferably before the sun comes up, so it's dark would be my suggestion.

I'd settle for having booze. Damn me for forgetting to buy some before the places were closed on Sundays.

And when you are trying to go to sleep, don't read a book or watch TV. When you are ready for sleep, turn the lights off, the TV off, the radio off and just sleep.
