Long hours, low pay in Southern Oregon

    When I saw the ad at first, I thought, "Wait a second ... Oregon (Ill.) is on the ROCK River!"

    If you take a job like this, after an ad like that, can you even get disgruntled or disillusioned?

    Yeah, but the ad doesn't say if you'll have enough free time to run a meth lab from in back of your trailer for the extra cash.

    My publisher lives in a mansion, always at the country club golf course and works M-F, 8-5. While I work 60 hours a week for less than $30k a year and live in a 1-bedroom apartment. Hmm...Maybe the newspapers have the money; they're just not giving it to us.
