Locked in a cell and forgotten

The local police department tapes all of its detention cells because of cases like this, so it's shocking to me that there isn't a tape of him that proves things one way or the other. Although, according to that article, it wasn't just a simple marijuana arrest - He was at a house with 18,000 pills of Ecstasy, guns and other drugs, not just some weed. Still doesn't mean he deserves to be held in a cell for a couple days without food or water, of course.

The bullshit meter is strong with this.

He tried to carve a message into the walls. (with his hands cuffed behind his back.)

He tried to carve "Sorry Mom" into his arm. (with his hands cuffed behind his back.)

He ate a package of something resembling meth. (with his hands cuffed behind his back.)

He drank his own piss. (with his hands cuffed behind his back.)

Another story said he ripped off a piece of clothing and shoved it under the door in the hope that someone would see it. And ripped off a piece of the wall.

Maybe he was cuffed (though why would he be if he was in a holding cell awaiting release?). But he was not cuffed with his hands behind his back. You do that to people you have just arrested, not to people you are placing in a cell.

Of course and being cuffed behind his back he easily pulled down his pants also.

Says his hands were cuffed behind his back and he eventually contorted himself to shift his hands from behind his back to the front.

I am not sure why people are so eager to find bullshit here. The D.E.A is acknowledging the basic fact of what happened, and he was intensive care for two days.

I'm not doubting the kid was left in his cell for five days. But some of his story about what happened in there does raise an eyebrow.

For the second time, he didn't need to pull down his pants to take a piss. He carved into his arm holding the glass in his teeth. He opened the package using his teeth.

Again, the DEA has already admitted that this happened. They're not disputing it.

If you question whether any of that happened, how bout we lock you in a cell for four days and see what you become capable of.

If his arms were cuffed behind him, how did carve his name in his arm?

Or did he go all Linda Blair to do it?

He's a young guy with a healthy urinary tract, so he can probably do a water fountain-type thing, although this would require a little eye-mouth coordination. That's the only way I could figure it out without thinking he licked a puddle on the floor.
