    He survived 4 days without water?

    That is as amazing as the fact that he was forgotten in his holding cell.

    Yeah. It is horrifying. He survived by drinking his urine. Hallucinations. He had no sink, toilet or bed. It was a 5 X 10 cell. His hands were cuffed behind his back the whole time, too. He tried to kill himself by breaking his eyeglasses with his teeth and swallowing the glass, so when they finally did find him and got him to a hospital he had a perforated esophagus, in addition to kidney failure.
