Henry Rowengartner is wondering the the big deal is. Can he throw a frozen rope to home plate from the bleachers at Wrigley Field?

The McDonald's woman wasn't even driving. She was a passenger who had put the cup between her legs because the top was on too tightly and she was trying to open it to put her sugar in.

Yeah, and Mickey Ds served gross, lukewarm coffee for about a year after the verdict.

That kid grew up to eat out Tara Reid in a film, so lay off.

Not really. Average Little Leaguer probably throws 50-55 mph from 47 feet (In LLWS good pitchers are highs 60s-70. You want to take even a 45mph pitch in the face. I'd take a Chris Young fastball in the triceps or thigh before a 50 mph at the orbital bone or jaw.

I doubt a kid warming someone up in the pen reaches those speeds ...

If he threw it back at her intentionally and wanted to hit her I'd bet he threw it close to 50. Read a couple different articles and haven't seen an estimate of the distance. But if it was from about the distance of a LL mound i'd expect many kids could injure an adult who isn't paying attention.

After this stupid-ass lawsuit is thrown out, the kid should be allowed to actually crank this woman in the face with his hardest throw at a distance of about seven or eight feet.
