That's worth watching. Pretty amazing. Something about that song, when it's done right. The Eva Cassidy rendition always brings me to tears.

 

She was pretty good... [blue]she's no Sam Harris[/blue] but that's a good thing...

 

Eh...

She's great for a six-year-old, there's no doubt. But from a purely musical standpoint, she doesn't stay in the same key the whole song, and that's enough to throw me off no matter who sings it.

Still, awesome for six. She'll be really awesome once a voice teacher gets a hold of her and does the tune ups on her ear and phrasing.

Hey, thanks for bringing up Eva Cassidy. I never heard her before, so I looked on youtube for it.
Am now going to download a couple of songs from my mp3 site...

 

Again, this is the equivalent of America's Got Talent, not American Idol. American Idol is a ripoff of Pop Idol. America's Got Talent is a derivative of this show.

And AGT already has the judge on the left (Piers Morgan). Sadly, it also has Hasselhoff.

Seriously, she did a wonderful job, but she's six.

 

I've always loved the version by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole that turns into a medley incorporating "What a Wonderful World."

 

Small children and stupid pet tricks do it every time.
