Woman gets a 2nd DUI in virtually the same spot as her first. Near Lake Tahoe

Fortunately her BAC was down from the .380 from her DUI earlier this year to a .346. Of course, it was at noon on Sunday, so she probably was just getting started.

Shouldn't you be dead at .380?

Story said three times the legal limit. In both cases she was more than four times the legal limit, and in the first case nearly five times.

Anyone think the girl has a drinking problem?

I think the reporter has a problem, too. Must not know what the legal limit is.
