A great example of GB Hack's earlier post came a couple weeks ago, when Tottenham beat Liverpool largely because of the second-half substitutions Harry Redknapp made and Rafa Benitez didn't.

Even at the youth level, you can tell the coaches who know what they're doing vs. the ones who don't just by watching who plays when and where.
