I'll tell the piece of shit what's "bothersome".

    Another privileged jerkoff.

Needs to be incarcerated indefinitely, for the population's protection.

    Won't be missed.

If you're an ex-Yankee hero with a raging drinking problem, please stay in NYC. Cabs, cabs and more cabs. And, hell, you probably won't ever have to pay your bar tab either.

Major issue No. 1: Vehicular manslaughter with BAC of .14.

And not only is he still driving (license would have been pulled on the spot in NJ) he's still drinking and driving.

That's a scumbag of the highest order.

Yes, good reason to keep Gitmo open.

Definitely a scumbag. Definitely also a guy with a severe alcohol problem, which is sad.

I mean, if you kill somebody and still feel the urge to drink and drive ...

I'm with you, TP. He no doubt deserves to be in jail, but he also needs serious help.

Exactly. As much rage as I feel about what he did, there is also some empathy. The guy has a major, major problem and unless he gets some help, this won't be the last time we hear about him.

The douchebag killed someone while driving drunk and still hasn't gotten any help.
    What does this tell us?

This is an asshole who was a borderline major leaguer who hit one big-time home run in his life and referred to himself as The King. He's not only a alcoholic, he's a delusional idiot who still thinks he's entitled because he played for the Yankees.
