    If the designer had put "head goes here" it actually likely would have said "hed goes here" or "hedey goes here" or ... you get the idea.

    And how many times have we all seen a mug shot run in a paper over the word "Name" instead of the person's last name.

    At a previous stop, the Newseum got the first edition, but the not the late city edition.
    So if A1 was made over for something major, the designer was supposed to replace the first edition with the final.
    And I'm guessing the World has something similar in place and it just didn't happen.
