Let the airing of grievances commence!

Love Seinfeld. Never got into Simpsons. Don't begrudge Simpsons fans their show and would expect same from others.

 

I actually prefer Simpsons to Seinfeld and MASH to either of them, but I'm still laughing that a government body allowed a Festivus pole in the statehouse.

 

AND YOU'RE GONNA HEAR 'EM.

 

I've had a Festivus party for the last three years, and the fourth is coming up soon. It's the one time -- aside from weddings (not mine, believe it or not) -- all my friends can get together.

I bought a pole last year, made signs, Human Fund cards for everyone, and we congregated at our favorite bar before coming back to exchange grievances and gifts.

I can't wait to do it again. My pole is in the shed, not the crawl space. But it's close enough.

How difficult is it to get three people together?

 

Well, when one won't talk to me and the other doesn't really like me, it's difficult.
