lens choices for canon

    anyone ever use sigma or tamron lenses with canon digital cameras? i'm in the market for either a 2.8 300 fixed or 2.8 70-200/300 zoom for sports photos using a canon 10d camera but the canon lenses are beyond my budget.

    I used a Tamron 135mm years ago and found it to be reliable.
