    My dad watched her every day at one point. It always seemed like it didn't matter who had the better legal case, if Judy didn't like the cut of your jib, she would turn into a robe full of rage and codescending.

    Plus, affidavits are accepted in trials all rhe time, but Judge Judy never accepts them.

    I remember this one case a few years back where Judy kept yelling at this guy and calling him a liar about everything. The guy kept denying it, and Judy finally screeched, "Why should I believe you?"

    The guy: "I caught them on videotape."
    Judy: "Well why didn't you say that earlier!"

    Could not stand her character on NYPD Blue but didn't mind her as much on The Sopranos. Sure, she was an FBI agent working against Tony and his crew, but she wasn't nearly as annoying as she was on NYPD Blue.
