Learning football strategy

    Not sure what level you're covering, but if you think there's a coach in your area that would be cool with it, ask when they do their film study and see if you can sit in. You really don't need to ask any questions. But the coaches will point out to their players why a play worked, why it didn't, who blew an assignment, etc. And it will hopefully start to fill in some of the blanks for you.

    Call Rex Lardner at American Football Monthly. It's a coach's magazine - by coaches, for coaches, about coaches.
    They have a web site and Rex might be able to give you a free passcode to go back and read old stories on spefiic topics. They do an excellent job on specific topics. I always learn a lot there.
