Charlie Pallilo is great. He gets plenty of callers on, doesn't go over the top, is very knowledgeable about virtually every sport, makes the effort to get answers for callers and provide them on the air, even if it's later in the show, and doesn't weigh the show down with a lot of useless crap.

The duo on in the morning? Craig Roberts and Brad Davies? Awful. Just plain awful. Davies is horrid, his voice is annoying and he always reminds me of a slightly hysterical fanboi who consistently pushes ideas which no one is interested in.

To wit: He's doing a long section about why nobody watches Indycar, rails about it incessently, then wonders why no one is calling him to agree or disagree.

Oh, and since no one from Atlanta has chimed in, allow me to rep the 404.

John Kincaide makes me wish electricity hadn't been invented.

Michael Holley/Dale Arnold are fantastic. I refuse to listen to the other WEEI blowhards, besides the occasional Mikey Adams.

Pretty much agree with you there, although I haven't liked Arnold too much when he's filled in for O'Brien for a few Red Sox games this season.

You mean Kevin Kiley? That pompous kiss-up blowhard? When FSR was launched, he was 1/2 of the afternoon national show with Chuck Booms. That show was a fucking riot, because Booms would always make a fool of Kiley as the callers would flood the phone lines just to say "Kiley, you're an idiot."

Jim Healy reruns would still kick ass in today's market.

Didn't hear the Sox games, but Arnold was great calling the Bruins.

    My take on sports radio:

Yada, yada, yada. Fire the coach! Yada yada yada.

    Let's take some calls.

That is a very funny line that very few people on this board will appreciate.
