Lazenby sucks as James Bond

I agree with Evil. Lazenby was a different kind of Bond and was a much needed break from those overbloated special affects driven Bond movies that turned the franchise into a cartoon laughing stock.

I'll give you everything but the Brosnan flicks... especially Never Say Never Again...

OHMSS was a pretty darn good film in my opinion. Goldeneye was a pretty good re-awakening for the franchise after Bond went on a post-cold war vacation following the two-movie suckathon that was Timothy Dalton's stint as 007. The rest of the Brosnan films quickly went downhill. Now I just hope Craig doesn't fall into the same rut.

I think he's already there but time will tell.

How is he already there? His first Bond movie came out 8 months ago.

The movie was released in 1969 and you're just now complaining about it? Hey, at least it had Diana Rigg.

  7. As an old school Bond fan (Connery forever!) I enjoyed the Craig's turn as Bond. It was refreshing. Not great, but good enough that I will watch future Bond films.

If I had to choose Bond or Bourne - I would take Bourne. Love .. Love the first two movies.

OHMSS has some of the best curling sequences in Bond movie history.

Somewhere, buried in Woody Allen's private film room, there is the original movie version of Casino Royale.

With any luck, it shall stay there unnoticed and unwanted.
