    Sadly, soon newspapers will be just like Zevon.

    Made more awful by the fact that by any normal business standard, the numbers aren't really that bad.

    Is this a chain-specific thing you're hearing about, or will this purge happen across the board? Will it come from the McClatchys, Lean Deans and Tribunes we've come to expect, or will the up-to-this-point relatively unscathed chains like Hearst be joining the layoff orgy?

    I've noticed at work on IE that's what I got, but on Firefox it works (might be some kind of firewall, proxy issue).
