    Didn't Sisto just guest star as an attorney? I realize L&O has receycled guests into starts (Jerry Orbach and S. Epatha Merkerson are just two examples), but isn't this a little ridiculous?

    Yes. He appeared on the final episode of the season, in fact. There are countless actors and actresses who have appeared on the show more than once. Some website out there has a list.

    What is the actor's name that played a guy by the name of Harv Beagel (or something like that) a dirty lawyer or accountant with ties to the Massucci crime family - his wife was the sister of the Massucci crime boss. He ends up dead -- they find him buried in his fedora hat and trench coat -- then the sister at the end of the show hires someone to kill the crime boss.

    Anyway, that particular actor has been on a number of shows as a defense attorney.
