I was high school friends with one of the actresses - 8 years ago, if you'd have told me I went to school with an actress who'd star with both Leo DiCaprio and Ryan Gosling - AND BRAD RENFRO (but not in the Client ; he was in that, right?) - I'd have laughed at you...

You went to school with Kelli Garner?

That I did --- for two years at least, before she went for acting.

SHUT THE FUCK UP! You are one degree removed from Renfro? I demand that this man be given not just rainbow stars but sparkling, cascading gold superstars. Immediately. And give him a 10,000-post bonus.

He gets those only if he went to school with Ryan Sonner.

Mr. Woodcock was one of the worst movies of last year... I watched it on an airplane and still hated it...

    Loved this movie.
    I certainly wouldn't call it dark. It's actually heart-warming.

Agree with the opinions here. Great, great movie. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would going in.

I enjoyed it ... I really struggled with the suspension of disbelief when it came to everyone just coming together and supporting Lars' ridiculous delusion. But that's just the cynic in me, I guess. Still well worth a NetFlix rental. Better than most of the dreck out there.
