    They aren't the only one. One of the North Dakota NJCAA schools does the Lumberjacks/Lumberjills thing. I think it's actually fairly common.

    Another fun one from West Texas: The Lubbock Monterey Plainsmen and Lady Plainsmen.

    Dakota College at Bottineau is the Lumberjacks/Lady Jacks. Same with Northern Arizona, which can get you tricky headlines.

    Probably the most unique in this area is the Kalispell Sacred Heart where the boys are Rams and the girls are Breakers. The Sacred Heart Breakers.

    Danville (Iowa) High used to use Bears for the boys and Bruinettes for the girls. Don't know if they still do.
    Loved the bumper sticker from back in the day that read: "We love our blondes, redheads and Bruinettes."
