LADN bans jeans, sneakers, flip-flops, etc.

    This one was news because it's policy, I thought, rather than the usual arguments over opinions on the matter. No one's forcing you to click on it.

    I found this one the most amusing:

    I interviewed in jeans. No point in giving a false impression. It wasn't an issue. Got the job. Have worn jeans or cargo pants everyday since.

    If all papers did this it would save the industry. Readers appreciate getting their news from well-coiffed journalists.

    I've always thought you dress "one level up" for a job interview.
