Company: John Wiley & Sons Canada, Ltd.
    Position: Seeking field lacrosse writer
    Job Status: Contract
    Salary: Work-for-hire fee

    Description:
With more than 150 million books in print, covering 1,300+ topics, For Dummies is the most widely recognized and highly regarded reference series in the world. We’re looking for an experienced sports writer with particular interest in, experience with, and knowledge of field lacrosse to revise and update Lacrosse For Dummies. The current edition of the book, written by Jim Hinkson, focuses on the indoor game; for the new edition, we would like to change the book’s focus to the more popular outdoor version of the sport. Because the book covers drills and techniques, the ideal candidate will also possess some coaching experience. The successful candidate will be credited as a co-author of the new edition, and may be required to promote the book.

Please send a resume along with samples of your lacrosse writing by Feb. 11 to lacrossefordummies@gmail.com. No phone calls, please.
