Lacrosse Magazine is looking for a freelancer to contribute to its high school season preview section, which runs in the magazine's March issue. Based on regional breakdowns, we're in search of a West correspondent (though you can be be based anywhere.) This assignment could also lead to an opportunity for continued regional contributions throughout the spring lacrosse season.

To get a better idea of what we're looking for -- essentially a regional top 10 teams, top 5 players to watch, top 5 rivalries and several other elements -- check out last year's coverage: http://www.onlinedigitalpubs.com/publication/?i=61557&p=49

A background in lacrosse writing is preferred but not necessary.

We're hoping to fill this opening quickly.

If interested, email mforman@uslacrosse.org or send me a PM.
