LA Times blocking newsroom access to Internet sites?

    Saw this posted and thought I'd bring it here. My apologies if this is a d_b.

    I understand the notion of wanting employees to be productive rather than surfing the Web, but in this age, isn't it imparative that reporters have all the access they can to the information they need?
