    Bumping this up.

Judge orders court papers released. The two boys were going to get 50 hours of community service each. Also, the girl says the prosecutor told her to go to counseling and forget about it. The same prosecutor who is an alumnus of the school and supports the school's sports teams, which, coincidentally enough, the boys were athletes at.

50 hours of community service for raping a girl and videotaping it? Really? No wonder the girl decided to ignore the gag order and went public.

This is fucking bullshit. 50 hours community service???

Both of those boys should have their dicks cut off and fed to them for breakfast.

That's your judicial system at work, folks. Plea deals without the victims' input, because those pesky victims slow down the docket. Prosecutors want to get the cases cleared as fast as possible. The "victims bill of rights" is toothless.

Somehow, I doubt this douchebag has daughters. If married, I wonder how his wife feels about this, though. Someone's got some 'splainin to do.

That sucks, the prosecutor attended the school. Perhaps not a blatant conflict of interest but maybe he should have recused himself.

Are judges elected in Kentucky? If so, we should start an SportsJournalists.com Dump the Dicksnorts Super PAC. Nothing political, just a bipartisan effort to turn dicksnorts out of office.
