    Well, they should. :)
    And if they choose to have one (like U.S.) they ought to at least enforce it (unlike U.S.)
    And are you saying that they have little crime because they don't have a death penalty in place?

    Your solution to too many killings and too many guns is to be more aggressive with the death penalty? How's it working as a deterrent these days?

    No, they have little crime because they have strict gun-control laws.

    How can we implement a plan like they've got?
    Is any politician using ideas like that on their '08 platform, that you know of?
    Or will we get more of the same in Washington for the next half-decade?

    The U.S. has more than enough gun laws; it's the strict enforcement of which seems to be the problem.
