    I couldn't agree more.

    No wonder health care costs are through the roof in this country with folks running to the ER with every little thing.

    I mean, you're in the kitchen. You probably have toothpicks.

    Just stick that sucker back on like the top bun of a mini sandwich.

    Hold the onions.

    I do have toothpicks, even the ones with the cute little design at the end, and I make a mean deli sandwich.

    I forgot to ask: How many times (in your best Julia Child voice) did you exclaim to the folks in the ER, "My Goodness! I seem have cut the Dickens out of my thumb!"
