    The least shocking line from King is:

    "I think it’s time for the Hall to find a new Tagliabue presenter. I’m 0-3. It’s a bottom-line business, and I deserve to be fired."

    People who skate on others' greatness need to stick together.

    I doubt there is a writer on this planet who would want to present for Tagliabue.

    Yep, you're right, objectively.

    But pleast note, I'm not a career offender, while I acknowledge that the observation is only borderline-acceptable in the presented (Blazing Saddles) context.

    I won't tolerate censorship of the non-PC Blazing Saddles context, though. You can't
    cherry-pick it. But that's probably a topic for Anything Goes.
