Great calls there, especially on Dumas.

For ONE season. Kidd has 14 years in the league, has a ridiculous amount of mileage on the odometer, and plays the position where almost nobody lasts past 12 seasons. How much you think he has left in the tank?

Meanwhile, Harris is just entering his prime and will be an upper-tier point guard for the next decade. And the trade also calls for Stackhouse, a key scorer and the toughest guy on the Mavs roster.

For Cuban, this trade only makes sense if it would turn the Mavs into NBA champions THIS season (highly doubtful), just making em a little better's not good enough to justify it.

It is the rare time when playing for the future works in the NBA.

Worked damn good for the Bulls in the late 80s.

That worked so well for Jones/Romo/Jessica.

This one appears to be dead, Cuban says it doesn't add up for Mavs.

    Never made sense anyway.

As for why the Nets suck, it's because their "Big 3" are all overrated. Kidd is good but not great (look at his FG% and scoring this year), ditto with Vince and Jefferson. This year Jefferson has played the best of the three.
