I watched the video you linked, hondo. No suggestion of a lawsuit.

Not that I would be at all surprised to find out a suit is coming.

While I agree this girl should have been paying far more attention to her surroundings - there's no excuse for the city's environmental department to be flushing a sewer and not having an uncovered manhole cordoned off.

Unfortunately, the city has left itself, and not just the manhole, wide open here.

 

To me, she looks like the dictionary illustration for "teen falling into manhole while texting"

 

Hahahahaha......and if they do sue and win, the first stop should be the orthodontist for mom.
