I used to live in the middle of nowhere in the Chihuahuan Desert in an area that actually had a lot of tourism because of some beautiful mountains and parks in the area. One of the things we'd tell tourists to amuse ourselves was to "watch for the little packs of Chihuahua dogs running across the desert...that's how the Chihuahuan Desert got its name." A couple of Canadians actually fell for it once.

 

Maybe Bush will use his overly broad claim of executive power for good instead of evil and implement this here. You must pick your kid's name from this government pre-approved list.
