    There was a national baseball writer (I don't want to say which one, because I'm not 100 percent positive) who wrote a story several years ago that quoted an anonymous baseball owner as being a homosexual. I think this was right around the time that the basketball player wrote the book admitting that he was. I remember reading it and thinking, "Wow, this is a big deal..." but it kind of stayed under the radar...

    That would seem halfway to outing him anyway. With a group of 30 owners, you can probably whittle the list of possibilities down by various means. So is that fair?
