Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood....

I was a little disappointed that Kelly Clarkson dropped the weight and glammed herself up after giving so many interivews about how she was happy with her body and self image. She's a heck of a singer and has done a very good job with her song choices.

Not a country fan at all, but I have liked what I've heard from Carrie.

Some of the Idols have really made bad choices with their debuts. I thought that Ruben would have done some great work because he has a nice voice and is very likeable, but he hasn't really had any success.

Jennifer Hudson could have won, except for the fact that Fantasia was just better in the same genre.

Clarkson and Underwood are both attractive women. I wouldn't mind looking at them for a while or even doing rather dirty things with them. I will not, however, purchase a CD of anything they put out.

Jeebus... what female performer WOULD you buy a CD of... Lita Ford?

There are a multitude of female performers that I have no qualms about listening to. Neither of the two artists I listed fall into the musical category of something I would enjoy.

Bubble gum pop and country fall out of my spectrum of what I consider quality. That is not to say that others can't and shouldn't enjoy them. I just don't.

    Fantasia sucked...
Was like listening to Aretha Franklin with her ass caught in a blender -- only shriller.

Oooh, I'm a HUGE Miranda Lambert fan (also hot, guys)...and I like her song probably more than 'Something's Gotta Give'...but it's close.

Kerosene helped me through a very short, but intensely painful, period.

"Kerosene" is a good song and Miranda Lambert is hot. She wouldn't be givin' up on love if I were the one doing the lovin'. :D

Loved the Who impersonation she did at the end of her CMA performance. Ten bucks says she's not likely to be invited back, though.

Missed it, JJ. What'd she do?

She smashed her guitar and microphone at the end of her song. Craziness!

I looked for a picture of it but couldn't find one.
