My guess is Kaz has Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease. I have Crohn's and have gotten fissures a few times. Fucking the most painful thing, like ever. Think a canker sore on your asshole. But they are pretty easily treatable and he'll be fine in a few days.

I actually thought of that as I was writing it. I was too lazy, though, to come up with something else.

 

Apparently you can get them from sitting on the toilet for too long.

Is an anal fissure worse than testicular tortion? Maybe Felix Pie and Kaz Matsui should compare notes.

 

Just guessing, but I can't think of much worse than a testicular torsion.

I read a description somewhere today. The guy said he was vomiting from the pain and it was like being constantly kicked in the balls with no relief at all. Not sure if that was exactly what Pie experienced, but damn...
