    I believe he's a crazy, publicity-driven Scientologist who also happens to be gay. Plus, he's a pretty good actor. So, yeah, I think it's within the realm of possibility he would pay a famous chick to marry him for a few years so he can continue selling magazine covers, make a shitload of money and promote his weird church whenever and however possible.

    Makes sense to me.

    I think he did have to charm the shit out of her at some point, though. Read their first date was sushi on a private jet at 15,000 feet. Why didn't I think of that.
