They're in a race to the bottom with the Browns no matter what they do.

But Kaepernick is definitely their best quarterback, and the best quarterback should be playing.

The quarterback Kelly wants to run his offense isn't on the roster. Yesterday, the defense is more embarassing than the offense. Only a member of the York family thought this was a playoff team going in.

They need to stop playing the national anthem every time Kap goes under center.

The solution is a simple one:

Niners trade their No. 1 pick to the Titans for Mariota; Titans then sign Peyton Manning out of retirement to serve as the first QB/OC/Partial Owner in history, they trade the No. 1 pick down and pick up 4 great defensive players, and they go on to win the AFC south with 10 wins by an average score of 9-7.

A state legislator in Kansas forgot to use his inside voice when talking about "them" (specifically the singer who knelt for the anthem at a Heat game).

‘Go back to where you claim home,’ Kansas lawmaker tells protester

Agreed. This will cost him a lot of goodwill. If he'd gone third-party, yeah, at least he still voted. But nothing?

Stephen A. Smith is with you guys. He destroyed Kaepernick this morning for not voting.

God I saw that. He was foaming at the mouth and yelling so loud I could barely understand him.
Max Kellerman tried to bring him back, dropping some philosophical line about "the perfect being the enemy of the good" and not accepting incremental change and tried for too much. The look on Stephen A's face was priceless when he said that. Probably the same look you have on your face right now.
