    The NFL told him to go fuck himself back in the '80s when he was a USFL owner. I think that has at least a little bit to do with his current anthem crusade.

    Agreed. He tried to force his way in by pushing the USFL to the fall and the lawsuit, both of which failed miserably. Of course, rather than blame himself, he would put it on the NFL.

    Arbitrators almost never grant this type of motion, so while it is good for him, it is certainly not a shock.

    Will Kaepernick's lawyers use the all-22 of the Bills opener as evidence?
    PS: YF, Nike's marketing department might have better research on this than "LOL."
