    Well, I'm not gonna make the six-hour drive tomorrow in this craptacular weather, so if I can get a refund on my ticket, there will be one sweet one still available. Eleven rows back on the floor, center stage. I called today, too; you'd think it's a government office or something.

    Threadjack here....
    No show is worth driving through crappy weather for. I tried that and turned around before I arrived at the show. A few years ago I tried driving through a major snow storm for a Slaid Cleaves show that was an hour and a half away in good weather. When it took me an hour to drive a distance I can normally cover in 25 minutes, I said "no mas" turned around and went home, riding out the snowstorm at home.
    Turns out since Slaid had already made it to the town the venue was in, the show went on, with less than a dozen people in attendance.
