    The newly unveiled logo for Nicholls State University athletics has some a little uneasy:

    Comparisons to foreign enemies aside, I think a high school kid with MS Paint could have designed a better logo.

    It's the service cap that gives the logo the Wehrmacht look. I don't think that was part of the Civil War uniform.

    I note that the "State" is not in the logo. That had to be intentional. And it looks more like a Tom Cruise/Valkyrie tribute.
