But were you a Colts fan when they drafted Elway?

The Colts were worse at the time, that's why they had the No. 1 pick.

I'm pretty sure SC wasn't following football when they drafted Elway. But I could be wrong.

Elway was drafted before I was 10. I didn't know the NFL, let alone the Colts, existed.

EDIT: Pallister knows me too well :D

And, as soon as you start drawing a paycheck from them, you can say we.

Otherwise, you are not affiliated with the team. And to say 'we' makes you sound like the biggest looser ever.

And we would like to thank #54 for folding like tin when The Bus ran him over.

Honestly, you guys beat us in that game, we don't have one for the thumb.

Jerome was confused; he thought he was running over an old lady on his way to the Golden Corral buffet. But hey, whatever works.

It's a message board, not a press box. Lighten up.

    Oh, nice gerbil.

It's a message board populated by people who spend a lot of time in press boxes.

Good one. The sausage was coming out of the casing a little bit too much that last season. But he was still a key part of the team. We did miss him.

OK, do you read Harry Potter in the press box?

A message board is a way to let loose a little bit more than we would in our every day lives. It's also the reason why we do not use our real names.

I would never hire anyone who would refer to a team as 'we.'

    Ever.
