Josh Hancock family to sue

Sorry if already posted, but the family of Josh Hancock is suing for wrongful death. The (Tupelo, Miss.) Daily Journal reported it this morning.

Shannon's tried calling him a cab and he refused. I'm sorry for the family's loss, but fuck 'em.

This is ridiculous. Suing the tow truck company and the driver whose car stalled? Shameful.

Look, folks---sorry you lost your son. But, the only person you can hold liable for this death is the son you buried.

 

I doubt Shannon's would have said it if they didn't. It would be hard to corroborate, but if more than one employee was involved in the discussion of trying to persuade him, it would probably be sufficient.

 

How dare the driver of the disabled car jeopardize the lives of innocent drunks.

 

There is no way on god's earth that this wins a nickel in front of any jury anywhere ever.

 

You had to see this one coming.

 

Not just an innocent drunk -- an innocent drunk who is speeding, talking on his cell phone has marijuana in his car and is on his way to another bar to meet his friends.....

 

Let's sue the guy who sold him the glass pipe and drugs too. :
