    Shannon's tried calling him a cab and he refused. I'm sorry for the family's loss, but fuck 'em.

    This is ridiculous. Suing the tow truck company and the driver whose car stalled? Shameful.

    Look, folks---sorry you lost your son. But, the only person you can hold liable for this death is the son you buried.

    I doubt Shannon's would have said it if they didn't. It would be hard to corroborate, but if more than one employee was involved in the discussion of trying to persuade him, it would probably be sufficient.

    How dare the driver of the disabled car jeopardize the lives of innocent drunks.

    Not just an innocent drunk -- an innocent drunk who is speeding, talking on his cell phone has marijuana in his car and is on his way to another bar to meet his friends.....
