    Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but Hancock was apparently on his way to meet a couple other players at a bar when he was killed.

    Not at all an attempt to make light of the death of someone else, but I've always wondered the same thing.

    It's like calling a near collision a "near miss."

    This guy was an absolute piece of garbage. He was given a reprieve (by a matter of mere inches) a few nights before from being flattened by a truck. And that wasn't good enough.

    Zero sympathy for drunk drivers. I am so glad he only killed himself. Good riddance. This guy was a vehicular manslaughter waiting to happen.
