Jose Canseco skips celebrity boxing match, sends twin brother Ozzie instead

If I remember correctly, Jose used to send Ozzie to autograph signings. It was a big deal last year when he was playing minor league ball and it got out that he would do that from time to time.

 

Wow, whoulda thunk that Jose Canseco was such a douche?

 

So who was Jose supposed to box?

 

How bad is Ozzie's life that he's happy to lie about being Jose?

 

I find the idea that they may have done this for years kind of interesting. Maybe the ball went off Ozzie's head because Joe didn't want to play? Maybe Mark McGwire shot up with Ozzie and not Jose?

 

He should have sent Ozzie out to pitch.

 

Maybe Ozzie wrote the book.

 

That could be the defense for all of them..it was the evil twin.

 

Except he wants no defense for the book. He loves taking credit for getting people busted for steroids, even though much of what he did was throw accusations out there and hope they come true. Canseco never seems to get tired of playing the victim of some conspiracy by baseball to get rid of him because he couldn't just admit to himself that he was washed up.

 

No I'm thinking the guys he accused can say it." No, Jose had it wrong, he gave roids to my twin brother that no one knows about." Or, "see, I never lied when I said I didn't take roids with Jose. I thought it was Ozzie with the needle."
