Not in our state. None of that is allowed.

You may be right about Texas. You're dead wrong in my state and probably many others. Believe me, we have 2-3 stories every prom season about parents thinking they can allow their kids to drink in their presence and are shocked to get hit with endangering the welfare of a minor.

Common fucking sense. Which apparently is lacking in the football offices at Texas A&M and the Manziel household.

Ohio allows parents to buy drinks for their underaged children, as well.

Did you know Johnny Manziel is of Lebanese descent?

So he's a double traitor. He's underage and he's MOOSLIM!

Worst of all he signed with a Big12 school, but but after his redshirt season, played for an SEC school!

The world will survive if a bunch of 40 year-olds see his twitpics waving a wad of cash in a casino where he bet legally.

Well, I don't give a shit about your state because it's got nothing to do with the story. They were in a club in Texas where what he was doing is apparently legal, which was my point to begin with.

The law in Texas is if a parent orders a drink, the child is allowed to drink it if given to them by the parent. It also works with married couples, if the spouse is over 21 and husband/wife is under 21 it works the same way.

I wonder if he was drinking with these two:
