I was in post-Sopranos haze for the first half of this show. But I thought it was very odd. Maybe too odd. It made Lost look logical and easy to follow. Not sure if I'll stick with it or not.

Like the Reds and Bengals from Cincinnati, John sucks.

For the record, I am not from Cincinnati.

I don't care what kind of numbers the Sopranos drew, having this premiere right after the finale was plain stupid.

People want to talk about the Sopranos, they don't want to watch a new show, no matter how good it is.

I wanted to watch a new show, just not this one, as it turned out.

I taped it but haven't watched it yet. Are you all saying it isn't worth my time?

It's different, but I'll give it a chance.
It does have quite a bit of Lost in it though.

I don't know. It was a strange show. So strange I don't know if I like it or not.

The levitating grandfather. The stranger who magically has whatever people are asking for in his pocket. Very odd characters.

    Very, very, quite odd.

But I like that, and I loves me some Rebecca DeMornay.

    I will watch it again.

More than anything, though, I'm looking forward to "Big Love" returning tonight. Just finished watching the first season On Demand, and I absolutely LOVE this show. What a cast; what storylines.

If this show was about a struggling AM radio station in Cincy, I would probably watch.

  11. I had no idea what this thread was about, but now that I see Rebecca DeMornay, I'm all in.

I would, sir. Just be forewarned: It IS pretty esoteric stuff...
