He's being/has been airlifted after a crash with Kenny Bernstein. He was talking to EMT people (no surprise he was talking). Sounds like he should be OK, but shows signs of a concussion.

Interesting/spooky nugget of info from John's bio on NHRA.com:

I can't help but think this could be a career-ending injury; He's got so much going on, with his girls, his cars, and the fact he's older. I hope his recovery goes well.

I hope you're wrong, though I understand where you're coming from. I don't know John Force, and have never had the privilege to even meet him, but from what I hear, this will be motivation to make a complete comeback.

Hurry back, John. If you're a tenth the guy many on this board say, hurry back sooner.

Great guy. Hope he's okay. I'm just glad nothing happened to his teeth.

He didn't hurt his left eye, did he?

    Heal up, Big Man.

He's as good as it gets, especially if you're a sportswriter.

    Get well soon.

What a horrible way to end the year for the whole Team Force organization. First, Eric Medlen dies in a crash, and now this.

Hope he gets well enough to run next year.

If John ran in NASCAR, he'd be the biggest personality in motorsports.

He'd be so bored going that slow for that long. :D
