    However, he paraphrased John Clayton himself.

    "She doesn't need the money, she doesn't need the work, but she likes being around people."

    I was just all-capsing so that part was noticeable. I didn't want people calling me an apologist.

    And yeah, but at the same time (and no disrespect to the good TV folks) I don't really think about TV station websites when I'm trying to find the best-written copy. They've spent their whole career writing for lead-ins and quotes, not for full-fledged stories. So yes, you'd have to watch the video ... but I'm not going to be like "It was a failure at writing" like I expected a Pulitzer Prize effort.
