    Don't know who that dude is (presume he's a wrestler or mma fighter of sorts), but that is one god awful set of tattoos. I imagine the giant black part is a cover-up for some worse tattoo, but it's like he said, "Just make the arm black. That'll be sweet!" I bet even the tattoo artist got bored doing that. And the skull could've been drawn by a fourth grader.
