    He was mentally ill to have done what he did to that child. His spending eternity in Hell won't be enough punishment though.

    This is another time when the HIPA crap gets a little old. Here's a guy who was convicted of a gruesome rape and murder. He's sentenced to death. He's in the custody of the state, being continually monitored at our expense. He's getting medical treatment at our expense so that they can, hopefully, keep him alive until the state can kill him.

    Yet, it's an invasion of privacy to say why he was ill.
