Bad number fonts ruin a lot of jerseys. Seems like too many emulate variations of the old Rollerball font (which is a real font, btw).

The Pistons jerseys, Mavericks jerseys, THE WIZARDS DEBACLE.

What in the hell happened to people in the 90s and 00s??

They ought to have one alternate jersey with a giant picture of John McCain on the front.

Those guys look like they're getting ready for a free kick in soccer, in a wall protecting their juevos.

Since I don't want to start a Stadium Nerds thread, I'll just say that I hate looking at Missouri's field.

Hate the font. Hate the slant. Hate that the numbers are so damn far apart.

Contrast that to what good field typography looks like. :)

The NCAA (and NFHSA) have 364 gajillion rules on everything else, you'd think they'd mandate specific fonts and size for yard line numerals.

(Actually I'm pretty sure the NFL does -- you don't see different yard line numerals from stadium to stadium.)

I am not familiar with this orange T-themed team. I am assuming this came from a movie or tv set. But I agree, the field and that checkerboard end zone look good.
A good college team should copy that and use it on Saturdays.

Fuck all of course, but the mane of the stallion was supposed to resemble Mark Cuban's haircut circa 2001 when the new logo was put in place.

You don't want to be around when they start cutting up the check.
